Fee Notes
Any Description
Summer uniforms and books/study material will be given without any extra charges. Students would need to purchase winter uniform separately for INR 4500.
Registration Fee (only for new admissions) is INR 5000 which is non-refundable. If student wishes to appear for scholarship test, INR 300 will be charged for the test.
For direct admission to grade X or XII (CBSE), INR 12,000 extra fee will be charged.
Hostel students are required to deposit INR 5000 as caution money for medical emergencies.
Pre-Booking amount is non-refundable.
Fee Deposit Plan:
1st Installment: At the time of admission.
2nd Installment: 3 months from the admission date or 31st July 2026 (whichever is later).
3rd Installment: To be deposited before 30th October, 2026.
Note : After due date of submission of fee 10% late fee will be charged. Student will be deprived to attend school if fee is due after multiple remainders. No exception would be entertained in this regard.
Rebates:
10% sibling concession would be offered to the 2nd child. The concession would be only offered if both students are in MHS.
INR 5,000 extra rebate will be offered for the ward of serving and retired defense personnel.
5% concession if the entire fee is deposited at the time of admission/session change. The concession will be applicable only if the entire fee is deposited within 5 days of admission/Session change. If the entire fee is not deposited within 5 days, this concession will not be applicable under any circumstances.
Admission, Refund & Scholarship Policy:
All scholarships offered through the scholarship test/Matrix Olympiad/M-SAT are valid for 1st year only. For subsequent years, the scholarships would be based on academic performance at MHS only. If a student qualifies for more than one scholarship, only one scholarship with the highest amount will be applicable.
No refunds will be made after 21 days. If a student chooses to withdraw his/her admission within 21 days of admission, 10% of total hostel fee/transport fee and 10% of overall tuition fee will be deducted. Amount of study material, uniform etc will be deducted separately and the rest will be refunded through RTGS/Bank transfer only after submission of refund request along with original fee receipt.
The refund process will take minimum 10-15 days from the date of request submitted.
Scholarships/Rebates are awarded assuming that the students availing the scholarships/rebates will bring laurels to the school. Hence, any scholarships/rebates offered in class IX and XI will be applicable only if student continues class X and XII in MHS. If student withdraws admission at end of IX or XI, any scholarships/rebates given in those classes will be null and void.

Scholarship Notes:
Scholarships based on Matrix Olympiad: Applicable as mentioned in scholarship letter.
Up to 90% scholarships are also available for students in classes 6 to 10, based on the Admission test taken at the time of admission. The scholarship tests are adaptive computer-based assessments.
The percentage of the first five subjects in class X CBSE will be taken into consideration while disbursing scholarship to XI students.
Class XII scholarship will be considered on the basis of class X and Class XI percentage or performance basis.
