Education should connect learning with life, encourage children to think independently and allow every student to discover and develop their strengths.
I believe that education becomes meaningful when students are encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas and apply what they learn beyond the classroom. Creativity is not simply a skill; it is a way of thinking that helps children approach challenges with curiosity and confidence.
At Matrix High School, I am committed to building a child-centred and inclusive learning environment where students feel heard, supported and motivated to do their best. Our focus is not limited to academic achievement. We aim to develop responsible, confident and independent individuals who are prepared for the opportunities and challenges of the future.
I strongly believe in introducing entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving skills at an early age. Students should have the opportunity to take initiative, learn from mistakes, work collaboratively and develop the confidence to turn ideas into action.
My educational journey includes experience at institutions such as The American Embassy School, New Delhi; Mayo College Girls' School, Ajmer; Pathways World School, Gurgaon; and The Indian High School, Dubai. I also served as the Principal of The Fabindia School for seven years, where I worked towards creating innovative and inclusive learning practices.
At MHS, I aim to bring together academic excellence, personalised learning, innovation and holistic development. I believe that when schools, teachers and parents work together, children receive the support they need to grow with confidence.
Most importantly, I want every student at Matrix High School to understand that success is not achieved overnight. It is built through Practice, Persist and Perform—by learning every day, staying consistent through challenges and giving their best.
I look forward to working with our students, teachers and parents to build a learning community where every child can learn, grow and achieve their potential.
